You should do this program multiple weeks away from something that you need to be fit for. For example, if you need to start getting fit for preseason, then I recommend doing this program 2 weeks away from your preseason start date. Or if you need to get fit for a trial, do this program start training 4 weeks before your trial, but begin this program 2 weeks away from it to ensure you are match fit going into it.
